Goddard Space Center

This is our scout troop. We went to the Goddard Space Center. Had a really great time.

Watershed field trip

This was my Science field trip to the Watershed last year. This activity was team building. We had to navigate our way like the birds migrate.

Court of Honor 2009

We are now Patrol leaders. This night Forrest received his Second Class badge that was earned at camp. He also received merit badges for swimming, first aid, emergency prep. , finger printing, canoeing, and wood carving. Caleb was doing High Adventure at camp. He is currently working on many badges. Spencer is on his way as well.

First Snow December 2009

This was our first snow in a long time. It was about two feet deep. A very soft snow. Not a great snowman snow.

Sky Meadows State Park August 2008

This picture is a little old. It is from August 2008. Seems like yesterday. We went for a hike with Aunt Shira and Uncle Ben. We were at Sky Meadows State Park. There are quite a few trails to walk on. We first did a 1 mile hike going around in a circle since we missed the turn off to go where we really wanted to go. After that part we did go where we wanted to. That part was maybe 5 miles up the mountain. We were close to the Appalachian trail but only Ben and Shira made it there. We started down and met them at the bottom. What a great time we had.

Vacation in Louisiana

This past December we took a trip to Louisiana. It was a very long trip. Seventeen hours long. Our destination was St. Amant.

We had a great time there. For anyone ever going to Baton Rouge the museums are closed on Mondays. We found that out to late but did enjoy the battleship.
